LitVision Press came prepared for 2005! Unable to contain ourselves any
longer, we've planned a Literary Blitz that will smack both the underground
and mainstream publishing worlds upside their respective heads.

Kicking things off, we've managed to persuade legendary writer Jack Saunders
to send us
Bukowski Never Did This: A Year in the Life of an Underground
Writer & His Family.
The first-ever LitVision Press book project, Bukowski
Never Did This consists of 77,000 words of Jack Saunders goodness, set to be
printed up & distributed internationally! Look for it this summer, but in the
mean time you're going to get rather tired of hearing Jack & I chatter about
it. In fact, Jack's alter-ego, Art Brew, has already reviewed his own book 12
times! Click here:

In truth, the enormity of this project makes me a little nervous. Maybe i
should have kick-started my press by releasing a hundred page chapbook by
some unknown writer? Never having published a book before, who am i to accept
an amazing slice of literature from someone who will one day take his
rightful place among the greats? True, Jack's had a long dry spell because
the mainstream--being what it is--won't touch him, and most underground
publishers are too broke to take on very many book projects. He's taking a
bigger chance than i am, going with a brand new press. Luckily for both of
us, i've got the ambition & dedication to make this project work! Unlike the
NYC crowd, success for us won't be measured in dollars, but in the reality
that we'll stir up the publishing world's stagnant lit-slop stew and get this
book into the hands of readers who have been starved for so long that they
can't even imagine what it is they're hungry for!

Back to the world of dreams... i'd like to give a shout to LitVision's
fiction editor, Zeke Iddon. He's the kind of character that will drop
completely off the map for weeks, then show up unannounced and put everyone
else to shame. He's done it lately with his
Unholy Biscuit ezine, his
hilarious blog, and managing to score an interview with one of the hottest
rappers in the US. Verily, i hired Zeke not for his fiction editing skills,
but for his Star Power!

More literary excitement to come! Now i believe you were about to read our
January ezine in its entirety?! Get crackin'...
